Victor had the patience to answer all our questions and suggested our best option, great customer service selling the product. We have already prepared the floor, waiting for the Hot Spring Prism. I'll post updates for all the way long project until they get installed the hot tub and post installation service.

The personnel is knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to making sure that you are taken care of before and after the spa arrives. The delivery and set up went perfectly. The technician was available to educate me on the operation of the spa and to ensure that we were happy!

Not too happy, Poor Communication! I had to be calling them numerous times, to receive an update. Sometimes I would leave a message for a call back, and nothing. These people need to have better customer service. I finally received my items, after several months of the placed order. The cover ordered came in a color I didn’t choose. But just kept it, because I was tired of dealing with them. Will try to see If I can use some one else for future orders....Totally, not a HAPPY CUSTOMER!
