Victor had the patience to answer all our questions and suggested our best option, great customer service selling the product. We have already prepared the floor, waiting for the Hot Spring Prism. Very very happy with Renee regarding his skills, know how and the great service he provided to repair and check out our hot springs hot tub. He was on time, knowledgeable and very good at his job. Miami Hot Springs Spas is an awesome business that serves Miami Florida. The personnel is knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to making sure that you are taken care of before and after the spa arrives. The delivery and set up went perfectly. Not too happy, Poor Communication! I had to be calling them numerous times, to receive an update. Sometimes I would leave a message for a call back, and nothing. These people need to have better customer service. I finally received my items, after several months of the placed order. The cover ordered came in a color I didn’t choose. But just kept it, because I was tired of dealing with them. Will try to see If I can use some one else for future orders....Totally, not a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

We bought a spa from these folks and the experience was very easy and pleasant. Ivan was a great help; he answered every question we had with a friendly tone and he is very knowledgeable.
